You probably know that social media is an important tool for businesses to grow and bring people to their website. But, maybe you’re having trouble figuring out exactly HOW to best engage and grow your audience.
Whether you are a social media marketer at a large agency or the owner of a local pizzeria, it all starts with engagement. When you post a status, link, or image, you’re broadcasting your brand to your audience. With social media, you and your competitors are likely trying to reach a similar audience. If your posts aren’t receiving as many likes or shares as your competition, then you know there is room for improvement, right?
So, figuring out the type of content and frequency of posting that hits home with your audience becomes critical.
Sharing different types of content, using the right tone of voice, and posting at the right time can influence how much engagement your profile gets. As you make changes to your strategy and run new campaigns, the tool will be able to track the growth of your page and show your day to day engagement levels. When you watch your profile’s growth outpace your competitors, you’ll know you’re doing something right!
The tool also makes social listening easy, with the Twitter mentioners report, which shows every time your page was mentioned on social. This makes it easier to engage with your fans in a timely manner.
After gathering research on your competitors’ strategies, you can use our other tool for social media: Social Media Poster. While the Tracker allows you to follow everything about your competitors’ behavior, the Poster gives you the ability to manage a content calendar, write and schedule your posts in a queue.
When you want to delete a specific tool, you will have to delete the whole project. This will remove all of the other campaigns set up in the Project.
So let’s say you want to delete Social Media Tracker. When you delete the Project you will also be deleting the Social Media Poster, Brand Monitoring, Content Analyzer or any other tools that are also in that project.
Projects cannot be recovered once they are deleted so it's important to be careful when deleting a project. Only delete a project if you are 100 percent sure because all of your data will be gone forever.
Please note: After April 2018, due to changes to Instagram's API, we no longer support tracking personal Instagram accounts. If you have a campaign that tracked an Instagram account from before April 2018, you will still be able to see your data from before April 2018 if you adjust the time range.
