Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours, we charge 40 % of the treatment price. If you do not show up, 100 % will be charged. If you arrive late by at least 50 % of the booked treatment time, the full treatment price will be charged.
